There are so many ways the Unite Program can be used. The main focus of the program is to build unit cohesion. The program can be used to develop a new skill or competency, improve physical fitness, increase moral, promote interaction, have fun and so much more!

1. Ready to Execute (RTE) FSS Related events should be considered first as they are pre-approved and easy to implement. This also keeps funds on the installation 2. Unit Developed Program (UDP) UDP’s capitalize on opportunities in the local area and require prior approval from the AFSVA. Approval may take up to 30 days. 3. Volunteer/Free Charitable work provides a cost-effective team building activity that allows co-workers to see each other in a new light and can make a real difference in your community. Free events do not need approval, but information still needs to be captured.
