The NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) Human Resources Office assists approximately 250–300 employees and provides personnel opportunities and services for the variety of Force Support facilities on Little Rock AFB. 

These facilities include:

Eligibilities & Restrictions

Any individual who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident may apply for employment. You must provide original forms such as: social security card, birth certificate, picture ID, permanent resident alien card, and authorization to work.

Applicants must be 16 years of age, 18 years of age to work with children, and 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

All applicants selected for positions will be subject to a National Agency Check with Inquires (background check). Positions dealing with children are subject to State Criminal History Repository Check as well as Installation Records Checks in addition to the National Agency Check with Inquires.

All Federal NAF employees are required by Public Law 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit.
