Welcome to the WCsC!

The Walters Community Support Center was named after the late Col. Kenneth A. Walters, former Deputy Commander of the 19th Air Wing Mission Support Group, here at Little Rock AFB. He was known for his tremendous efforts in supporting airmen and their families. He specifically championed improving educational opportunities. 

This multi-purpose facility encompasses varying support programs through education and is home to:

Community Center Programs


Our staff sets up and takes down, so you can enjoy the party.

Room Reservations

  • Ballroom: (200 capacity) - $100 (8 hour time slot, includes set up and tear down)

  • Conference Room (60 capacity) - $60 for 4 hours

  • Play Room: (40 capacity) - $40 for 2 hours + 15 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for clean up.


Do you like adventure, physical challenges, helping others, and making yourself a better person? If you are already doing these activities or would like to begin and would like to be recognized for all of your hard work and achievements, the Congressional Award program is for you.

This program is open to anyone 14 to 23 years old.

Instructional Classes

We are currently offering piano lessons and martial arts at the WCSC! 

  • Piano Lessons: Monday - Friday // Lessons by appointment // Ages 6+

  • Martial Arts: Monday + Wednesday

    • 6:15 - 6:45 PM -- Ages 5 + 6 // 6:45 - 7:45 PM -- Ages 7+

Do you have a skill that you would like to teach the youth at Little Rock AFB?
We are currently seeking instructors to teach music, voice lessons, dance or STEM classes, just to name a few! If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us at 501-987-6720!
