Virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF) for Military Only
The following actions are available to all military members via the Virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF) website located on the Air Force Portal.

*Active Duty history information is imperative when meeting promotion boards
Sponsor Allocations
Allocation notices are due to 19 FSS/FSMPS (Customer Service) within two days of receipt. It is imperative to update/route sponsor information quickly to ensure the inbound member receives timely notification of their sponsor.

Customer Service
Military ID and CAC Cards Required documents are mandatory for an ID card and/or Common Access Card (CAC). All documents must be original or notarized copies only. Two forms of identification are required, 1 must be a photo ID. To re-issue a CAC, military member must have letter from First Sergeant.
Please call for an appointment to lessen your wait time. Wait time can exceed 2 hours for walk-ins.

All DEERS eligible customers must show TWO valid forms of identification. All documents must not be expired except for Active Duty Member's drivers license only.

Initial Enrollment of Dependent ID Card - Sponsor Must be Present
New Spouse:
- Sponsor (Military or Retired member) or General/Special Power of Attorney if sponsor is not present.

- Sponsor's divorce if applicable
- Two valid forms of identification
- Birth certificate
Newborns:
- Sponsor (Military or retired member)

Renewal of CAC Cards
Civilian CAC:Update 30 days prior to expiration date. Two valid forms of identification
Contractor's CAC:
Update information in CVS with new expiration date. Two valid forms of identification.
Renewal of Dependent Cards Spouse and Children (10 to 20 years of age):
- Sponsor (Military or Retired member) or Power of Attorney (General/Special) or DD Form 1172 notarized
- Two forms of identification
- Children (Over 21 years of age)
- Sponsor (Military or Retired member) or Power of Attorney
- Letter from school Registrar stating full time and anticipated graduation date
- Two forms of identification
100 % Disabled Veteran ID cards -DD Form 214
- VA Letter stating that the honorably discharge veteran is 100 percent disabled from a service-connected injury or disease; whether evaluation is necessary, and that commissary and exchange are authorized
- Marriage License (If getting a Dependent ID card)
WAPS Testing
Please be sure you have been properly identified a seligible to test. Obtain the current study reference materials, study, and meet the testing schedule. Ensure that the data on your Data Verification Record (DVR) is accurate.
All study references used to support SKT development are listed in the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS) Catalog. Individuals should be prepared to test on the first day of the testing cycle.
WAPS Material
Members who are eligible to test for the upcoming promotion cycles will receive an email stating their WAPS material is ready to be picked up at the MPE, room 104. Only the member may pick up material and must sign for the material. WAPS material shipments are still coming in, so please ensure eligible members are checking emails. Due to limited storage space, please pick up material promptly.
PCS Evaluations
Are you a Supervisor? Did you know if you or someone you supervise is due to PCS, separate, or retire, that an EPR/OPR may be required and a CRO will need to be done? EPRs/OPRs must close out 30 days prior to the projected departure date. For questions, please call MPS Evaluations for clarification. 501-987-7590.
