The base library is now located in the Walters Community Support Center in a newly renovated space with double the square footage, with an enclosed Children's Room, a Young Adult room, two study rooms and a group study room. Computers are located, along with a convenient charging bar, DVDs & Blu-rays, music CDs, audiobooks, & games, up front for easy selection. Study tables and comfortable seating areas are available while you browse through our large selection of library materials, study, or just enjoy the ambiance.


A self-checkout kiosk is available and you can ask at the circulation desk for your Library Card number in order to utilize it. A digital sender and fax machine are part of the library services. The Library's collection consists of 10 computers and 15 .com computers all with CAC access; WiFi access; 20,000 books [25% in the Children's collection]; 5K DVDs [non-fiction and entertainment]; 1K music CDs; 1K audiobooks on CD/MP3/Playaways; and a growing collection of PS4, Xbox One, and Wii games,graphic novels, periodicals and newspapers.


Materials can be placed on hold and you will be notified when the item is ready to be picked up. Our preferred method of notification is by text.


You can renew online at using your Library Card number or by calling the circulation desk at 987-6979 during normal operating hours.

Outdoor Material Return

There is an outdoor material return located at the end of the AFCU ATM located in the parking lot of the Walters Community Support Center. All material formats can be returned here.

OverDrive ebooks and audiobooks

OverDrive, the Air Force Library digital collection includes language learning materials, downloadable ebooks, audiobooks, music and videos. Play downloads on a variety of devices including smart phones, ebook readers, computers, tablets and more. Includes the 2015 CSAF Reading List titles. Transparent Language Online - offers learning activities for over 80 languages. Learning is self-paced. This resource is for recreation and self-development only. Per contract, you must sign up in person at an AF library.


freegal music - sign up for a weekly download limit of 3 songs to keep, freegal music gives you access to over 8 million songs from over 28,000 labels including the Sony Music catalogue, all downloads are in the MP3 format.


Universal Class - offers over 500 online courses on a wide range of subjects/levels. Courses are available 24/7, are instructor led, and self-paced. Some courses offer CEUs. Subject areas include: Computers and Technology, Personal Finance, Crafts and Hobbies, Homeschooling, Professional Development and many more. Visit your library for access information.


Interlibrary Loan - can be requested at the Circulation Desk. Items are borrowed from other libraries and can usually be used for two weeks, once they have been received.
